Policy
cancellation of reservations

NORMATIVE DELIBERATION
No. 161/95 OF EMBRATUR

• In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the reservation confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but in credit for accommodation;

• All outstanding Credit must be used within 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation of the reservation. If the price for the chosen date is different (high season or packages), the difference must be paid;

• In case of early payment, in any reservation, whether package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged • The guest may be replaced by another person, under the same conditions and on the same date.

WITHDRAWAL AFTER
THE ENTRANCE

• Cancellation of the stay after check-in has been completed, at the entrance to the Hotel, as well as early check-out, mainly due to a change in weather, or for any other reason "WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND".

 

• Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a "NO-SHOW" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time.

 

• After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR RESERVATION

 

• If there is a need to cancel the reservation or change the date of accommodation, the customer must notify the hotel in writing, and cancellations will not be accepted.
