Internal regulation policies

**1. ACCOMMODATION**

The daily rates begin at 2:00 PM and end at 12:00 PM the next day. Extension of the stay beyond this time will depend on the hotel's availability, to be verified at the reception.

Check-out can only be completed after returning the key to the reception.

For the maintenance of order and hotel security, guests are kindly requested to maintain maximum silence after 10:00 PM.

Private parties and celebrations are allowed through the rental of our event space, requiring the mandatory occupation of 100% of the hotel.

Guests can rent the barbecue area for free, subject to availability as checked at the reception.

Visitors must be received in the hotel's common areas (lobby and restaurant) and can only proceed to the rooms with prior authorization from the reception, with the corresponding registration, and an additional fee will be charged.

Room cleaning is carried out only upon request at the reception.

Hanging clothes on the windows is not allowed.

**2. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES:**

Breakfast (included in the daily rate) is served in our restaurant from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. At extraordinary times, it will be served in the room, with an additional charge. Consumption of breakfast items outside the hotel premises is not allowed. Beverages and food purchased from other establishments are not allowed to be consumed in the hotel's common areas.

It is not allowed to occupy and use the hotel's common spaces (pool, restaurant, lobby, reception, game room, etc.) with coolers, iceboxes, thermal bags, or similar items to store and/or consume items purchased from other establishments.

Kitchen operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends.

Corkage fee: The entry of externally sourced wine is allowed with notification at the reception and payment of an additional fee of R$50 added to the accommodation.

**3. CHILDREN**

Children or adolescents under 18 years of age must present identification when in the presence of parents or, when accompanied by a legally authorized guardian, a written authorization. Law 8.069/90 art 82.

Children up to 6 years old stay for free, with prior notice at the time of booking and identification documentation.

**4. GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION**

Our staff is not authorized to handle any of the guests' equipment, such as cameras, cell phones, laptops, or the like.

We recommend special attention to belongings, especially electronic devices, in the hotel's common areas.

Personal items forgotten in the hotel will be stored for a maximum period of 90 days. After this period, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of them as it deems fit.

We request utmost care with the hotel's belongings. Any damage, not resulting from natural use, or loss caused by the guest to the hotel's property will be subject to compensation charges to reimburse the losses incurred by this company and will be debited to the guest's account.

**5. PARKING AND VEHICLES**

The hotel is responsible only for the custody of vehicles parked in its internal parking lot.

It is hereby informed that the hotel does not have valet services and prohibits the delivery of vehicle keys to hotel employees or third parties. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the guest will assume full responsibility for handing over their keys to third parties.

The hotel is not responsible for belongings left inside vehicles, and therefore, we recommend keeping vehicles locked at all times.
